The City of Playford expects its current population of 72,400 to grow by 21% by 2016, to just over 91,000. Munno Para’s growth will far exceed this percentage, however, because of new developments in the area.

Resolution Research and Marketing Solutions in a special report on the suburb expects an 80% surge in Munno Para’s population by 2011 – and a further 75% growth by 2016. This will take the population from its current figure of 2,915 to 9,378 by 2016.
